Display Controllers
Our digital display controllers provide an intuitive touchscreen display as well as a controller to control external devices such as a pump, valve, motor, or fan based on sensor values.
As an example, you can quickly build an automated tank monitoring application. You can combine digital weight sensors under the tank and connect it with the DC-400 display controller via USB. Then, connect a solenoid valve on the water line. Then, you can use the limit settings on the DC-400 to open the valve, to fill water if weight is below 1 lb and turn off the valve when the weight reaches say, 500 lb (when tank is full).
You can buy just the controller to use with an existing digital load cell solution or buy a complete kit with Load Cells and USB interface device and a controller. The DC-100/DC-400 controllers can be used with USB Relays to turn on/off motors, pumps, or other such devices.

Please note that the DC-100/DC-400 Controller MUST be used with a digital load cell or a resistive load cell mated and calibrated with a USB interface.
If you want to display, log the data and plot the data, recalibrate your digital load cell then you need to purchase LoadVUE Pro, SensorVUE or ControlVUE software that run on a Windows 11 PC/Tablet.
Highlights
The DC-100/DC-400 controller can be used with any of our USB load cell solutions. When powered up, it launches straight into an application that shows available connected USB load cell(s). Connect the sensor+interface devices into the USB port and then turn on DC-100/DC-400 to activate the controller. The controller is powered by a 5V switchable power adapter that is provided as part of the purchase.
Control External Devices
Connect the DC-100/DC-400 to a USB Relay to control external devices to turn them on/off based on the user-defined thresholds
Enable Alerts
Set limits to trigger audio and/or visual alerts. Automatic overload protection alerts are enabled to alert you and prevent sensor damage
Initialize Sensors
Tare or zero-out initial values and then start viewing the sensor data
Customize Settings
Set number of points to average to reduce noise, select measurement units, and adjust resolution (x, x.x, x.xx, x.xxx) as needed
Calibration
Perform simple 2-point calibration directly from the display
Single and Four-Channel
DC-100 can connect to a single load cell+interface pair. Connect upto four load cell + digital interface pairs to the DC-400 . The four channel version displays the individual as well as the total of up to four connected digital USB load cells.
Connect our Capacitive or Resistive Sensors
iLoad, iLoad Pro, iLoad TR USB Capacitive load cells; iLoad Mini Capacitive load cells with DQ-1000 interface; any of our Resistive load cells paired with our Digital Interfaces (DI-1000U or DI-100U)
View Sensor Data
View force and weight data on a responsive touchscreen display. The Peak and Low values are also displayed
Log Sensor Data
You can log sensor data to a pre-defined log file
If you are looking to display the sensor data only, you can use our DS-3000-Pro-1 (single channel display) or DS-3000-Pro-4 (four-channel display).
Load Cell with USB Interface & Display Controller
If you need to control external devices based on the sensor values, use our Display Controllers - DC-100 for Single Channel and DC-400 for Four Channel. Connect the load cell to the digital interface (DI-1000U or DI-100U), connect the digital interface to the display controller. The display controller can be connected to a USB Relay to control devices like pumps, alarms, or motors.

FAQ
This display was developed precisely to allow a user to display forces without using a PC or Tablet for various reasons
The display can accept either capacitive USB load cells or resistive load cells connected to a DI-100U, DI-1000U or DI-400U USB Load Cell Interface.
We offer two versions. A single channel version - the DS-3000-Pro-1 and the four channel version - the DS-3000-Pro-4. The four channel version can accept and display from up to four connected USB or BLE load cells or load cell+ interface pairs.
The DI-1000BLE has a built in rechargeable battery that can work cordlessly for 1-2 hours on a full eight hour recharge. The DS-3000-Pro display requires a 5V power supply through a micro USB connector. If you have a back battery pack with a micro USB output then you can operate the display on a battery.
NTEP is standard set by the US Dept. of Commerce for weighing systems used for trade to sell products by weight. If you sell say coffee beans by the lb then you are supposed to use an NTEP rated scale (and hence an NTEP rated load cell). The Display is NOT NTEP Rated. But if you use an NTEP rated load cell with the DI-1000U USB or DI-1000BLE that can handle better than +/- 0.02% accuracy needs, then you should be able to get it certified yourself if needed.
Any resisitve load cell that is mated with a DI-100U or DI-1000U or DI-400U or wirelessly via BLE protocol (DI-1000BLE) is compatible with the DS-3000-Pro display. Any Capacitive load cell with USB output directly or via a DQ-1000U or DQ-4000U is compatible with the display.
No. Currently you can go from the usb interface to a PC directly. Or you can go to the display. You cannot go from the display to the PC yet.
Yes. We offer calibration service on new sensor purchases as well as recalibration service for previously purchased sensors. We use NIST traceable reference standards to perform and validate the calibration and provide a free calibration certificate as part of the service. We are NOT ISO certified.

We need between one and two weeks usually to ship your order for items in stock. This is because we have to make your sensor, interface and calibrate them together, make sure the quality meets all specs and then pack and ship it to you. We offer expedited processing options if you are in a rush and need to get sensors sooner. If out of stock or if sensors are needed in volume, we could take 4-6 weeks or longer. Please contact us to get an estimate of price and lead time for your particular needs.
