Impact Force Measurement

Loadstar Sensors' DI-1000UHS-10K offers a simple, easy to use USB signal conditioner that comes pre-calibrated with a load cell. nCounter
Loadstar Sensors' nCounter software can be used with any of our digital scales (iWeigh Digital Scales) to count parts or number of items in a container. Simply plug in our digital iWeigh Scale to your computer’s USB port, start nCounter software and start counting. StockVUE - Inventory that Counts Itself!

Loadstar Sensors provides easy to use software to display, log or plot sensor information easily on a Windows PC/Tablet. If custom features are needed, we will be happy to customize it for you for a nominal cost. If you are using an older version running on Windows XP or Windows 7, please upgrade to the latest version that support Win 8/10.
Software to Display, Log, and Plot Sensor Data
Loadstar Sensors offers various software products to display, log, and plot data from one or more digital load cells as well as other supported digital sensors such as displacement, torque, pressure and level sensors.
LV-1000 LoadVUE Pro
Our most popular software for single sensor applications. Display, unit conversion, logging, plotting, alarms, email and SMS features are all included. Please see our software page for all the different flavors of our software offerings.
SV-1000 SensorVUE
In addition to all the features supported in LoadVUE Pro software, SensorVUE allows you to zoom into the plot to look at areas of interest closely, place different parts of the software in different locations on the screen to create your preferred layout.
CV-1000 ControlVUE
ControlVUE enables a user to control external devices. User can control a USB Relay with one, two or eight channels to turn on/off a variety of 110V/220V (2 A) devices or to control a USB Stepper Motor's angular position and speed.
LV-100 LoadVUE Lite
LoadVUE Lite allows you to only display data from ONE digital load cell at a time. You can change units, resolution, points to average, and other settings.
LV-400
LV-400 allows you to display data from up to four digital load cells at a time. LV-400 is available for Windows 8/10, MacOS, and Linux (Raspbian) operating systems.

Interfaces
Sensors generally are analog devices with either voltage (mV/V) or frequency or UART output. Sensor Interface devices enable a user to connect sensors to devices such as PCs, PLCs, Tablets, SmartPhones or dedicated LED/LCD displays. Loadstar Sensors provides a variety of interfaces that can connect to your sensor and offer either Analog outputs (0-5 VDC) to connect to a PLC or Digital Outputs (USART/UART, USB, XBee (802.15.4), WiFi or Bluetooth) to connect to a PC/Tablet/Smart Phone. iLoad Mini Load Cell Demo
Loadstar Sensors iLoad Mini load cell is based on the same Capacitive Technology as the iLoad and iLoad Pro load cells. However, it differs in one important respect - the Mini outputs a square wave whose frequency is proportional to the applied load. The Mini, the smallest load cell currently offered by Loadstar Sensors, is a small circular sensor with a diameter of just 1.25 in. and is available with either a threaded stud or a load button on top of the load cell. It has three threaded holes on the bottom of the sensor to easily mount the load cell with commonly available hardware.

The iLoad Pro digital load cell offers an integrated USB solution for meaasuring appied forces, weights or loads in a single low profile package. Optionally an integrated 0-5 VDC analog output simultaneously with the digital output is also available. iLoad Pro Analog Load Cell Demo

REB7 Load Cell Overview
REB7 is a compact load cell just about 1 inch in diameter and about an inch high. It has threaded rod ends on each end that can be used to attach rod-ends or other mating elements. The sensor can be calibrated in compression, tension or both modes and used to measure push or pull or push and pull axial forces.
