iDisp Displacement Sensor: Build and Buy

The iDisp displacement sensor solution is high accuracy digital linear sensor made from linear encoders.  Once can get resolutions of +/- 0.00015 mm from these digital gauges.

They have a spring-loaded probe tip and a built in LCD screen to display the measured values.  A data port on the unit allows one to get data via a USB (serial) connection into our SensorVUE or ControlVUE software program on a PC to display, log and plot the displacement values easily.
