How to Turn on .NET 3.5 in Win 8/10 by Loadstar Sensors

All Windows versions of Loadstar Sensors software require Microsoft .NET Framework v 4.0 or later installed on your computer. Some components of the software also require .NET Framework v 3.5 installed. If you get an error message that any of the versions or missing, you can enable the .NET Framework 3.5 through the Windows Control Panel. See how you can activate .NET 3.5 before installing Loadstar Sensors' software.

This option requires an Internet connection.  Please make sure you are connected before starting the .NET 3.5 activation.

Press the Windows key  on your keyboard, type "Windows Features", and press Enter. The Turn Windows features on or off dialog box appears.

1. Select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) check box, select OK, and reboot your computer if prompted.

1. You don't need to select the child items for Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Non-HTTP Activation unless you're a developer or server administrator who requires this functionality.
   

2. Let Microsoft find and download and install the files needed. Just follow their prompts. 

Once .NET is installed you may need to reboot your PC and then resume installing your LoadVUE/SensorVUE/ControlVUE Software.
