Until now, there was a lack of easy-to-use and reliable tool for measuring bite force in both humans and animals. With iBite Pro, you can now see the exact bite force and use the sensor data to analyze the progress of the patient.
Improved Design to Enable Sterilization of the iBite Pro
Our new, improved design enables you to easily remove the plates and streilize them. Once cleaned and sterilized, you can simply screw the plates to assemble the iBite Pro. This has been a significant design improvement that ensures the safety of the user or patient.

What is included in the bite force kit?
- The iBite Pro Bite Force Measurement Kit comes with everything you need to perform your testing. It includes:

iBite Pro Sensor with 24-Bit USB Interface
The USB Kit comes with the sensor, a USB interface and LoadVUE Pro software. You simply connect the USB connector of the output cable into a PC and run the software to use it. One can put a disposable plastic cover over the sensor to prevent saliva from damaging the sensor and to make it sterile for each user.

iBite Pro Sensor with Wireless Interface
We also offer a wireless kit. In this case, the sensor is mated with a wireless DI-1000ZP which has a built in rechargeable battery and can be used cordlessly for between 1-2 hours per charge. The transmitter is built into the DI-1000ZP and a receiver dongle with a USB connector is provided as part of the kit. Both the USB and wireless kits come precalibrated and ready to use with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST standards.

iBite Pro Sensor with Analog Interface
If you need to connect the bite force sensor to your own Data Aquisition system or to a PLC to build your own application, you can use our Analog kit which comes with a AI-1000 signal conditioner and comes precalibrated with a 0.5 to 4.5V DC output and a calibration certificate traceable to NIST standards.
