The Challenge

Determine if press fit part is properly installed.

How it works

Users will use a hydraulic press equipped with a load cell to characterize proper installation of part which can be used in pass/fail criteria during manufacturing.

Solution

The load cell is attached to the press and displays force data on our RD-1000 Indicator and wirelessly feeds the force data into a PC using our DI-1000ZP interface. The software allows the user to log the data into an Excel friendly file for further analysis and characterization.
