iLoad Digital USB load cells need a driver to communicate with the computer. If you have purchased LoadVUE or LoadVUE-Lite, its installation should install the required drivers automatically.

You will also need the driver if you have purchased an interface device such as DI-1000, DI-100, DS-3000 or DQ-4000.

Driver for Windows 7/XP/Vista (as a setup executable) This is a single driver for both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows versions. Download the file to a folder of your choice and double-click on the file to install the drivers.

Some earlier models of iLoad digital USB load cells shipped prior to 2009 need a driver (from Microchip) that is available here. This driver is compatible with 32 bit Windows only.
