Div Harish - Founder & CEO

Div founded Loadstar Sensors with the idea of developing digital smartsensors that were PC, software and Internet friendly. Most sensors at the time were and still largely are, analog sensors with tiny signals.   Unless one is an electronics engineer and can mess around with analog circuits, amplifiers, digitzers and software at the bit and byte level, these tiny signals are hard to work with.  Our vision is to make sensors so easy to use that thousands of new applications can be developed easily by anyone - not just engineers!  Div calls it the world of "Sensors 2.0^TM" to denote next generation sensors connected to the Cloud via popular wired or wireless protocols such as USB, WiFi and Bluetooth.  Our award winning products and solutions that are used by thousands of users at Fortune 500 companies, leading universities and research labs worldwide, are a result of that vision.  Div previously worked at Desktop Engineering, GE Americom, DLJ and Taproot Ventures before founding Loadstar Sensors.

Div Harish has a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.

Dr. Soundar Rajan - Chief Technology Officer

Soundar is a mechanical engineer with over twenty five years of application software development, CAD/CAM/CAE and analysis expertise.  He was the lead engineer that developed the worlds first computer engineering handbook DE/CAASE and the worlds first automated CAD tool for sheet metal parts design and development called AISI/CARS.  Soundar developed the LoadVUE and StockVUE products for us that makes it easy for users to view, log, and plot sensor data in realtime on a PC and access this data via the Cloud with any internet browser.

Dr. Soundar Rajan has a BS from Regional Engineering College, Trichi and an MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech, Lubbock.

Connie Schriner - VP Operations

Connie has over twenty five years of experience in the areas of operations, manufacturing, logistics, quality control and documentation.  She has worked at leading silicon valley companies such as Cisco, Vina, and Gyration and has the capability to manage the entire life cycle of a product from inception to volume manufacturing and fulfilment.

Uma Bhargava - VP Finance

Uma has over twenty years of experience in all areas of finance including corporate finance and day to day operational finance.  She worked as a research analyst at Salomon Smith Barney covering Semiconductor Equipment companies and later worked in the Corporate Finance department of GE Americom.  She worked previously as a Management Consultant at the Wharton Center for Applied Research before coming to Loadstar Sensors to handle all aspects of finance.

Uma has a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
