The Loadstar DQ-1200 when combined with four Loadstar iLoad Analog Series load cells is a fast data acquisition system for measuring loads and forces. The
DQ-1200 provides a serial (RS-232) or USB 2.0 signal for output to a PC.
The DQ-1200 converts analog output voltage from the iLoad Analog Series load cells into a digital signal using 12 bit A/D chips.
Users can obtain readings by issuing simple ASCII commands to a serial COM port.
This can be done via standard Windows applications such as HyperTerminal. Typical
commands to obtain readings would look like:
The optional LoadVUE or LoadVue Lite software from Loadstar Sensors provides a
convenient Windows-compatible software application for easy display, upload,
and calibration functions on a PC.
